Brenda Hulse is a guest speaker Marie has invited along to the local branch of the Women’s Institute. She is very dull and has a history of giving exceptionally boring speeches

Carolyn Hagger
Cora is the daughter of a vicar and a single mother. She loves music and the blues, often trying to turn solemn church hymns into upbeat rock tunes. She has a dry, deadpan sense of humor and serves as the joker of the group, fiercely defending her friends.

Annie's husband, John, passes away from leukemia at a young age. Alongside her best friend Chris, Annie resolves to raise money for a comfortable new settee in the local hospital waiting room

Lady Cravenshire is the local aristocracy of the village and she is effortlessly elegant and wealthy. She is brought in to judge the cake display of the Women’s Institute and she is unintentionally patronizing and condescending.

Is the spirited, headstrong womans who hatches the plan to create a nude alternative calendar to raise money for a hospital settee in memory of her friend's late husband

Rod is Chris's supportive husband and devoted family man who balances out Chris's more unpredictable and mischievous spirit.
