We're in the stickiest situation since Sticky the Stick Insect got stuck on a sticky bun...
In the year when we commemorate the one hundredth anniversary of the outbreak of World War One, QHTC bring you the acclaimed, classic comedy with Edmund, George, Darling, Melchett and, of course, poor old Baldrick! Despite concerns that the series might trivialise the events of 1914–1918, it’s now a classic. Driven by satirical comment on the nature of war and full of classic comic put-downs and one-liners, it was also unexpectedly moving – the perfectly pitched ending gets you every time. As writer, Richard Curtis has said “the first hundred pages of any book about the world war are hilarious; then of course everybody dies." An evening of comedy and poignancy.
